This beautifully furnished apartment offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 ensuite.

Bedroom 1 with double bed and additional single bed. All beds have been provided with an attractive quilt and two pillows. Bedside lamps are also provided for each bed.
Bedroom 2, The Master bedroom with feature double bed and ensuite bathroom. The spacious bedroom incorporates a wicker chair for reading and a draws for storage. The large en suite bathroom incorporates a shower cubicle and bath. A bathroom cabinet supplies a shaver point.
Bedroom 3 holds a zip and link super king size bed which can either provide a super king size bed or two separate single beds. We need to be advised on booking which is your preference. The room also has an additional single bed.
Both Bedroom 1 and bedroom 3 have the use of a second bathroom, with shower over bath. A bath towel and hand towel are provided for each guest. |

The kitchen/lounge/dining area is fully equipped with hob oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a large wooden table that seats eight which can be extended to seat 14 for those booking Yew Tree Nook in addition.

Lady Pond Retreat is fully equipped with Stereo, DVD Player and LCD TV with Freeview. We also have lots of books for you to read if you are wanting more a peaceful stay!

To make your holiday as relaxing as possible all linen and towels are supplied. There is a laundry for you to wash and dry any garments if you find it is necessary.
All our properties are dog friendly and the field by the Lady Pond adjacent to the hall can be used for walking. There are many ducks and wild life inhabiting the lake side and we would appreciate some control over your dog to ensure the wild life is not disturbed, especially around nesting time.
The apartment is No Smoking We also provide all cleaning materials incase of any `accidents` during your stay.
