These attractive Cottages & Farmhouse have been sympathetically converted. Once part of a working farm, they retain many original features and enjoy shared use of 9 acres of natural countryside with sitting areas and barbeques.All the cottages are unique and are furnished to a high standard and have been graded ETC 4star.
Some bedrooms are double, twin bed, bunkbed and Daisy Cottage has 2 double bedrooms, one being ground floor level.

They are situated in the heart of the countryside within a short walking distance from the beautiful village of Kniveton and its village pubThe country lane leads you to the route through to Kniveton and Carsington Reservoir and other outstanding places in Derbyshire and the Peak District.
The young will enjoy a day out at the National Tramway Museum, Alton Towers or Gullivers Kingdom, whilst the magnificent Chatsworth House with its beautiful gardens are just 12 miles away.

The Barn - Large Dining, Lounge, Games Barn
The Barn offers the ability for large family, social groups to congregate for meals , entertainment and relaxation. This is hired in addition to accommodation by groups requiring a large area to congregate. The Barn offers seated dining, modern fully equipped kitchen, comfy sofas , wide screen TV ,DVD, and piano. Essential for group bookings, The Barn has a wonderful communial area leading out onto a large terrace for the additional facility of large BBq`s and enjoyment.

Summer Evenings can be spent on the terrace offering spectacular views or BBq`s. Alternately you can relax in the rear garden. All BBq`s and garden furniture are provided for guests use.  |
Winter evenings are often desolate in the countryside. Standlow Farm provides outside lighting so that your cottage remains welcoming. All the cottages are heated and additional bed throws are provided for those cold nights.
