Curlew Cottage is our largest cottage at Millfields Farm consisting of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Curlew Cottage has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 of which are double en-suites.
On the
ground floor there is a double bedroom with cast iron bed leading to a shower en-suite bathroom. The french door in the bedroom has views over the gardens, and the chaise longue and stone floors completes the relaxing feel to this room. As this bedroom is on the ground floor we consider it suitable for the elderly .
The kitchen is very spacious with a pine dining table with seating for up to 8. The kitchen is modern and airy with black granite worktop and white cupboards. There is plenty of cupboard space within the fully fitted kitchen and with a free standing Smeg fridge/freezer plus the gas ring top and electric oven and dishwasher , this ensures you can cook for 6/8 easily. There is also a washing machine within the kitchen.
The lounge has stunning views with seating for up to 6 comfortably with, TV/DVD Player & stereo . A gas fire is also supplied for those colder months. A french door leads out into the garden and patio area and when the weather is nice and sunny you have your own private patio ideal for barbecues overlooking the Derbyshire valley.
